This week, The Ranger and NW Airlifter newspapers will announce their next big event, a Pampering Party.  They expect that 900+ spouses of deployed servicemembers in and around Joint Base Lewis-McChord will attend.  A fundraiser for AUSA, the event invites spouses to an evening of free massage, nail treatments, facials, gifts, food, prizes, give-aways and more.
"Our events always draw a big crowd," said Ken Swarner.  "We love showing our local business community how they can come out and support our military."
Booth space is $500 cash, or businesses can offer that much in free product or services.
