Swarner PR will be at Fort Lewis's Newcomer's event Tuesday, as we are every month. This is our opportunity to talk directly with new arrivals to Fort Lewis and McChord. We share information about our newspapers, as well as hand out goodie bags with our clients' materials inside.
One week ago we started taking reservations for our Valentine's Day of Pampering to honor and salute the spouses and significant others of deployed military personnel in the South Sound. We are well over 300 RSVPs as of this afternoon, as well as completely booked in our daycare. The good folks at Lacey Learning Center have agreed to watch over the 350+ kids we expect to be dropped off during the 4-hour event at St. Martin's University. We have a load of public support for the event including make-up, massage, jewelry, wine, food, psychic, tanning, and hair professionals. We can always use more. In the first 12 hours that we've been takign RSVPs for our big Valentine's Day of Pampering event, we have 74 confirmed attendees. WOW - seems like we've got a great party going here.
We are busy promoting our clients in January with several adventures. 1. The Valentine's Day of Pampering promotion kicks into full swing on January 14 with newspaper ads and fliers. 2. Our Top Military Kids contest also gets under full steam on the 14th featuring several clients as the sponsors. 3. We'll be at the Health Fair on Fort Lewis Jan 25tth handing out our clients' goodies, followed up on the 27th at the Fort Lewis Newcomer's Monthly Event.
4. We'll also promote clients on our weekly talk radio show, plus in our weekly newsletter. And, as always, with plenty of promotions online and in the newspapers.
